In Doi Saket, Chef Porpy's hometown, food was never just something to eat; it was a way to connect with the land, the culture, and the people we love. You’ll find Tum Ba Noonตำบ่ะหนุน (spicy papaya salad with smoked fish), Larb Kuaลาบคั่ว (spicy minced meat salad), and Nam Ngiawขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยว (rice noodles with pork), a variety of Nam Prikน้ำพริก (chili dips) and more exotic dishes packed with authentic Northern Thai flavours right here at our restaurant.
When we opened Larb Muang, not only did we want to bring Northern Thai food to Toronto but also to share a piece of ourselves.
